I transferred from AWS to Whole Foods to help build/recruit a new engineering team from the ground up at Whole Foods. It's been a very exciting endeavor working essentially in a start-up environment within a company that has been around for decades. Recruited an engineering team from zero to roughly 80 in about a year and a half. As a Technical Recruiter, my focus has been on the software development connected with mobile devices. Starting from design to deployment and everything in the middle. I have recruited for some of the biggest handset manufactures to the smallest testing houses. I am very familiar with what kinds of employees are needed to get a mobile device to market.
