I was the first person in my family to attend university. I was in Germany to witness the Berlin Wall fall, lived in the USSR during its final implosion, consulted on UN projects, started a decade-long successful charity, and founded a social impact tech company.I’ve become a community engineer helping organizations build internal community and track external community impact. As a former professional runner and graduate of the University of Missouri, I live the athlete mindset of betting on yourself. I’ve provided a sounding board, empathetic listening, brainstorming, and brand-building ideas for lots of people smarter than myself! From government agents, corporate leaders, entrepreneurial mavericks, scientific wizards and impact-oriented athletes. I love working with people smarter than me and do my best to be the kindest person in the room. Personally, I love to travel for work, see the world and meet new people. At my core, I’m just a nomad with a little bit of Midwestern USA flavor. I’m unapologetically liberal, & inclusive. I’m just a tiny thread in a beautifully diverse human fabric.
