Reporting to the President as a member of the executive team, I lead a team of 10 HR professionals supporting Archway’s largest division comprised of 9 fulfillment/distribution centers totaling over 2 million square feet with over 1,000 FTE throughout the U.S. including one location in Canada. Accountabilities include managing and leading all facets of human resources.DC facilities in MN, MI, MD, CA and Canada.

Head of HR for this mid-sized food and general merchandise retail organization. Reported into CEO and was part of executive team. Was hired to build HR infrastructure for organization and its retail outlets.

President for the Contact Center Association to help develop, attract and retain contact centers to the Province of Manitoba to promote jobs, industry growth and recognize excellence.

Recruited from AT&T to support 4 divisions. I was responsible for leading a team of HR professionals providing full array of HR services. Part of company’s senior management team and participated in the development of strategies and initiatives that supported the company’s long-term objectives. Company became insolvent in October 1998.
