Jim provided Delivery Leadership for six Hospital Groups deploying Infor CloudSuite Healthcare. Infor products included Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance and (HCM) Human Capital Management.Project responsibilities included client executive relationships, proposal development, organizational change management, client process optimization, client communication, planning, project management, Avaap team leadership and solution architecture.

Jim provided Delivery Leadership for the following Projects:• Infor OS, CMS, Talent Science, Burst, Mongoose and Custom Mobile front-end Apps• Custom Native Mobile front end to (CPQ) Configure Price Quote• Hospital Infor CloudSuite• Custom Mobile front end to Infor ERP• Custom Mobile front end to legacy and M3• Manufacturing Infor M3 Implementations in Americas, UK, Japan and South Korea• Transportation Mongoose Mobile front end Project responsibilities included client executive relationships, proposal development, use cases, organizational change management, client process optimization, client communication, planning, project management, Infor team leadership and solution architecture.

Jim provided advisory services for the following projects:• Outsourcing Applications and Infrastructure for 3 global manufactures• Outsourcing transformation for a global logistics services company• IT Infrastructure planning for a global manufacturing company• Network Strategy for a global communications carrierProject responsibilities included strategic assessments, platform selection, system integrator selection, contracting support, financial models, operating budgets, business cases, project management, governance design, architectural frameworks, and organizational change management.

Jim led a LATAM professional services team transitioning from software license sales approach to solution selling. This included moving from a norm of significant customization to a package approach with minor customization options. Industry focus was CPG.Responsibilities included proposal support, cloud delivery support, global deployments, project management, product management (SAP front-end), solution architecture, and organizational change management. Engineering teams managed were based in São Paulo and Bogotá.
