Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Red Oak Recovery Men’s campus operations and programming. Ensure corporate compliance with all regulatory agencies and work with all departments and management team to uphold the mission, values and patient care. Provide supervision for program director, Medical team, Staff training and Development manager, Kitchen Manager, facilities Manager, Gardner, Direct Care staff and program support staff. Manage the Scheduling of all program management and direct care staff. Manage spending to meet programmatic needs and budgetary requirements. Design, implement and manage clinical documentation and compliance systems. Source, purchase, implement and act as manager for a new electronic medical records system. Design, implement and manage the program and schedule. Negotiate and oversee all vendor and provider contracts.  Recruit and hire all program and direct care staff. Design, implement and manage direct care and program training. Oversee food services. Ensuring budget compliance, safety and quality. Oversee all grounds and facilities Maintenance and Improvements. Oversee program operations budget. Assist with CARF and State Licensure requirements. Coordination and oversight of Risk Management. Build and Maintain important client relationships with strategic partners. Participate in Recruitment, interviewing and hiring for the executive level and key team member roles. Provide Compliance oversight to all departments and all programs. Communicating directly with department heads and reporting to the Executive Director.

As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
