I established OCPM property management in 2003 and have spent almost twenty years in multi-unit residential property management. OCPM now employs 15 people and manages over 80 multi-unit developments. In 2019, I founded Livedin, a PropTech company. The Livedin App is an information oriented mobile app (IOMA), enabling property managers to communicate sustainably in real-time with owners and residents in the communities they manage. The Livedin website is a growing directory of multi-unit residential properties and a locus for communities that recognise the importance of communications and information, to maximise their quality of living and the value of their homes.
