- Evaluated client systems, applications, and databases to formulate optimization proposals and design recommendations for RFP process. - Built and supported Informatica cloud data integrations for a financial accounting accreditation and certification system for National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

- Designed and built Enterprise data models and corporate data warehouse with video gaming statistics for Power BI reporting platform. Created architectural systems design documentation utilizing TOGAF methodologies. Utilized a centralized data repository for building a highly customized MS CRM/xRM (online) application with custom data integrations/migrations. - Streamlined and automated order entry, manufacturing and inventory control processes, service and repair, RMA, and inventory request processes. Additionally, helped design and build a Hadoop Big Data environment utilizing Cloudera, Vertica, and SQL Server data marts with embedded Power BI dashboards.

- Built and enhanced entity and dimensional relationship diagrams, database structures and objects. Designed and built custom web/windows applications supporting internal applications and ACH processing for vendor invoices and created data integration processes with a 3rd party server to automate customer meter connects, disconnects and meter readings. Leveraged BizTalk for meter connects/disconnects.

- Utilized Scrum-Agile project development methodologies to design and build database structures and stored procedures supporting an Authorization Extraction (AE) system for claim approval automations.

- Utilized agile project management with scrum to support and maintain claims analysis/discovery application, claims recovery data processing systems, and SSIS packages. Maintained and supported database scripts and SSIS packages for 200+ SQL Server databases. Also designed and developed an enrollment integrity and data intake system to support healthcare member roster and eligibility data across multiple payers.

- Co-architected and re-designed internal auto-approval application (MyHealthIQ), Customer Data Import systems, and associated enterprise database structures. Enhanced and maintained ASP.Net web applications and web services supporting customer data imports. - Coded and maintained Oracle objects (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, constraints, indexes, and partitions) and created Entity Relationship Diagrams for 52 TB database and mentored 9 Compuware consultants.
