I have worked on thousands of recruiting assignments and bring 30 years of executive leadership experience with Private Equity, Professional Services, Financial Services and Supply Chain Industries along with a track record of success and excellence in exceeding clients' and candidates’ expectations. Throughout my career I honed my search expertise helping start three other recruiting firms while cultivating my credentials with professional services firms; Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Huron Consulting and IT consultants Lante, in addition I worked with Fifth Third Bank a leader in Financial Services. I am a graduate of DePaul University and serve on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for HFS Chicago Scholars. Past affiliations include the boards of Sheila Greco & Associates, Staffing Management Association of Chicago (STAR) and Mount Assisi Academy. I am an active member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals, Executive Club of Chicago and the Metropolitan Club of Chicago.
