My success is highly contributed to those I’m surrounded by. Ive been blessed to have great people and mentors throughout my career. My number one goal is the growth and develpoment of the people within my organization. I have always supported the concept that leadership is not managing downward rather being a resource and providing support to your team members. A lot has changed the in 24 years of experience I have in the low voltage custom installation industry. Starting in mobile electronic installation and growing into home electronics early in my career it’s been fun to see the evolution of consumer electronics. From installer, to trainer, and currently operations I have a well rounded background. Currently I run the low voltage division at C&B Security Inc as Director of Operations. I get to lead all back end operations and purchasing as well as work on the growth of our sales force. Constantly watching the market changes I try to make sure we stay progressive and cutting edge in our offerings. It’s true that if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life.Success is measured not by dollars and cents rather by the ability to get under what God has put over you and over what God has put under you. Those that think general ledgers and P&L sheets pave the way to success are falling short of true growth and firm foundations for long term success.
