Account ManagerProvide advance level of service to clients who offer Health Saving Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) by educating employers and employees on IRS rules and regulations of the Section 125/129, 132, 105 plans. Establish relationships with brokers and MMO sales to increase/maintain clients.Account Services:• Main point of contact for HSA and FSA clients regarding plan questions, setup and concerns.• Handle all contract changes for new and existing clients.• Create and provide proposals to sales, brokers and groups interested in the plan benefit.• Responsible for complete benefit plan setup of new and renewal clients.• Work directly with the client/broker on setting up an FTP for enrollment files and eligibility files.• Trouble shoot and resolve member claims issues and payments• Create and provide finance a yearly admin billing report for all clients.• Work directly with finance to ensure invoices are correct and payments received.• Create and provide monthly utilization reports to upper management for financial reporting.• Attend and present at yearly open enrollment meetings.• Create and provide Plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD).• Perform Non-Discrimination Testing each year to ensure clients are compliant per IRS guideline.• Work with banks and clients on contributions and disbursement files. • Provide system training for new clients.

I coordinate the development, completion and submissions of bids and proposals in both the ITO and BPO industry. In this position I also manage the proposal team to ensure that all necessary corporate entities are involved in and aware of specific bid needs and associated timetable. I also manage critical information provided by other areas to develop marketing language. I help create marketing packages best suited to prospect’s needs to successfully market the companies’ products.Also under my direction is managing a Lead Generation campaign. I work directly with the sales department to help target and generate sales opportunities.

Responsible for collecting data and actionable information for use in the development of corporate sales plans, regional sales plans and products. I’m involved in the primary research process for all Sales and Customer Relations projects to ensure results yield actionable data for sales planning and competitor assessments. I assist in the design and statistical data analysis of internal, custom and third-party surveys for use in market planning activities. I also coordinate the development of IT proposals and responding to extensive questionnaires within established deadlines to contribute to the acquisitions of new business and retain current clients.
