Jim Peluso is an innovative technology leader with over 20 years of experience leading global IT and digital technology teams across corporate, higher education, and consumer environments. As Head of Global Core Platform Services at FM, he manages teams developing hybrid cloud infrastructure, global networking, IT automation, and data center services. He is focused on initiatives such as infrastructure rationalization, return on investment, and total cost of ownership. He's researching and reviewing the implications of Generative Artificial Intelligence's (GenAI) impact on global infrastructure and operations. Previously, he led the innovation task force, upskilling initiatives, and experimental advancements.As Director of Digital Engineering at Hasbro, Inc., Jim led a high-performing team developing consumer-facing digital experiences and prototypes. He transformed the Global Infrastructure & Operations team into a profit center.
