My 19 years of experience practicing as a registered architect in Toronto and New York City have given me a unique insight into Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Urban Planning.At Makow Associates Architects, recent work has included being the Project Architect and team leader for the design of Luxury Resort Hotels in The Bahamas and Grenada. This work was informed by years of experience designing bespoke Custom Homes uniquely tailored to Clients in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and Israel.As an executive member of the Ontario Association of Architects Task Force on the New Zoning by-Law, I have played an active role in shaping public policy affecting all Toronto neighbourhoods. This work has drawn on years of experience developing built projects and development proposals in multiple jurisdictions for a wide variety of projects, including Condominiums, Hotels, Seniors Living, Heritage Landmark buildings, and Theatres.As a LEED AP with a specialty in Building Design and Construction, I am prepared to work to help our clients first to define their goals for efficiency and sustainability, and then to ensure that those goals are accomplished by tracking their implementation throughout a project.
