Jim was also CTO of all of Orange County, CA overseeing over 30 County agencies, responsible for digital transformation of many critical government processes, such as Assessor, Auditor Controller, Board of Supervisors, Child Support Services, Clerk Recorder, District Attorney, Health Care Agency, John Wayne Airport, Waste and Recycling, Probation, Public Defender, Public Works, Registrar of Voters, Sheriff, Tax Collector, and more.
