Highlights included completing 7 acquisitions in 6 years along with raising the required debt capital.

Arysta LifeScience, a company with $1.5 billion in revenue, develops. markets and distributes chemical solutions for the agroscience and health & nutrition science markets. * Hired to complete the planned IPO and create investor relation support* Filed the F-1 required for an IPO in September 2014* Responsible for the Management’s Discussion & Analysis & financial statements* Assisted the global consolidations team based in Tokyo, Japan on the initial conversion to IFRS from JGAAP. Required over 16 weeks in Tokyo. * Successfully structured intercompany loans to qualify for net investment accounting eliminating volatility in the P&L on over $2 billion of loans. * Finance director for Ireland and UK entities

Viatel is the leading Irish owned provider of data centre and voice services for the wholesale and corporate market. Digiweb is a full-service telecommunication operator for the consumer market and was the 2012 winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the industry category. As Group Financial Controller, I managed all aspects of operational finance including forecasting, financial statement close process and cash management. While at Viatel, we raised approximately €15 million in equity and debt financing to fund acquisitions. Acquisitions completed include:* Viatel, an 8,500 km fibre network connecting 20 European cities from Morgan Stanley* Mondial Telecom, a Belgian telecommunications provider for the consumer market.

CryptoLogic is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ, TSX and LSE exchanges* Managed all aspects of operational finance and external reporting. * Complete ownership of the annual budgeting process and re-forecasting. * Responsible for external reporting required for the TSX, NASDAQ and LSE ExchangesAccomplishments include:- Migrated finance from Toronto and Cyprus into Dublin within the first 8 months of employment- Eliminated 3 material weaknesses inherited in first year - Instituted a forecasting process

Responsibilities included all the aspects of the finance function including monthly reporting process, budgeting and forecasting, * Reported directly to the CEO* Regular reports to external creditors, Board of Directors. * Instrumental in the completion of a $10 million loan from a major financial institution including managing the due diligence process. * Managed a restructuring following the loss of a major contract including reducing headcount, subleasing excess office space, renegotiation with vendors.

Role included start up of the SSC to migrations of European regional finance teams into Dublin to EMEA process ownership.

* Managed a team of four others responsible for:* Drafting of all SEC filings including the annual report on 10-K, quarterly filings on 10-Q. * Assisting the investor relations team with all financial data including presentations by our CFO to our investment community. * Completing of all transactional related SEC filings including the Compaq acquisition completed in January 2002, a $4.0 billion line of credit in March 2002, debt offerings totaling approximately $2.0 billion
