I have worked in document and information management for 30 years in a variety of small local companies to global businesses. I have a entrepreneurial and solutions focused mindset to helping companies become more efficient in communicating with their internal and external clients.I am always honest with my clients and they trust me with my assessment of what is good, bad, indifferent or what could be improved.The solutions i have put in place have saved my clients millions of pounds over the years along with tens of thousands of lost hours and i have a real drive to maximise the return on their investment in my business.My trained background is in sales and marketing, however from managing my own businesses since 2004, this has enabled me to provide wider knowledge to the internal and external processes, which i think has been extremely important and valuable to our clients. I am never satisfied with what we have done before and will continue to look at new solutions that i can bring to the market, which will ultimately deliver further value to the people i work with. This is what gets me up in the morning and keeps me striving to be better.
