As a franchise owner of a Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, I am responsible for all aspects of owning and running a successful business. With several employees, I am responsible for hiring training and developing those team members. I also am responsible for all financial aspects of this business, balancing a budget, and ensuring the profitability of my business.As owner of my own property management business, and having worked with corporations to get their facility needs met, I have learned the aspects of large facility management. I have had as many as 120 employees under my managment, and have been responsible for the plans to ensure resiliancy for our business. I am also a licensed Realtor since 2005. I have been envolved with Selling as well as Purchasing of real estate in the residential arena. Building several homes of my own, I know the processes completely.
