 Meet with General Manager and business heads for business planning and evaluation. Supervise a pool of planning and design team in order to meet customer projects. Projects include Fiber, FTTH and Copper planning and design using AutoCAD and SpatialNET. Assist business solution managers in providing WBS and scope management, schedule and timeline generation, costing and risk assessment evaluation for deals and opportunities. Meet with customers to discuss and finalize technical support agreements on systems and products delivered Assist in problem solving and troubleshooting for problems encountered in the project which include both technical and non-technical issues. Monitor projects delivered by the project team and ensures a break even on the fixed monthly cost against the projects being delivered. Provide updates and reports on completion status to customer. Updates the General Manager on the status of projects both internal and external Assist management with process related concerns such as documentation, improvement and internal auditing.

 Managing work flow job administration processes for spatialNET such as creating a new Job,Publishing a Job, Posting a Job and setup a batch queues  Managing User’s and user’s access within spatialNET.  Support SpatialNET User's with the queries involving administration issues and design issues in SpatialNET. Build Globe's Network connectivity models (Fiber, Copper and FTTx) using Synchronnos's SpatialNET network design and management tool Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues at design and construction stages Provide training and skill management of new and existing team members and also to the Contractor’s and Sub-contractors of Globe Telecom  Used Spatial software to assist Globe Field Engineer to locate the Fiber Cut on field Resolve issues affecting end to end connectivity of the Design. Perform quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) for the acceptance test of modeled Network.

 Performs RFI (Radio Frequency Investigation), Microwave Transmission Line of Site (LOS)verification , site readiness survey and documentations  Planning of Microwave Antenna tower location based to link budget Azimuth & height, waveguide run, waveguide entry to shelter porthole, microwave indoor terminal location, and indoor cables run Installation of MW Alcatel Lucent (0.6 – 3.0) Installation of Alcatel MPR 9500 PDH Radio. Installation of IF Cable, grounding and E1 cables. Alignment and fine tuning and fixed side strut Commissioning and cross –connection of E1 from site to site. Conduct BER testing of Transmission Link from end to end for 24 Hrs. Conduct preliminary acceptance test (PAT) Bringing into Service (BIS) and site cleaning, inspect our entire site if the standard of the customer is being followed. Responsible for the preparation of the installation engineering document and its specification. Dismantle of existing MW antenna from (0.6 – 1.8)

--> Installation of TELLABS (T6325, T6320, T6335 and T6340 Equipment)--> Installation of fiber patch cord, grounding and E1 cables.--> Commissioning and cross –connection of E1 from site to site.--> Conduct BER testing of Transmission Link from end to end for 24 Hrs.--> Conduct preliminary acceptance test (PAT) Bringing into Service (BIS) and site cleaning,inspect our entire site if the standard of the customer is being followed. Responsible for thepreparation of the installation engineering document and its specification.--> Migration from STM4 – STM16.-->Integration from BTS to MSC.
