Coordinated cross functional organizations in preparing for and executing migration from incumbent billing system, database, to another. This necessitated coordination of IT, Salesforce CRM, Telephony trunking and Business Operations groups and project managers. I was responsible for ensuring preparations, including application development were planned and executed including risk assessment and migration. Held responsibility for Go Live night of activities via tactical plan development and execution. Post-implementation issue mitigation, review and lessons learned were completed.

Led multinational cross function teams in support of governmentally regulated storage hardware and offline storage within a 2.8MM Swiss Franc budget. Led third party vendor in decommissioning of sunsetting hardware either migrating to new solutions or archiving data. Responsible for coordinating commissioning of physical and virtual servers in support of internal customer base storage needs. Ensured project artifacts, risk management and stakeholder engagement were documented and archived. Led transition of Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Offline Recovery as a Service (ORaaS) manual audits to third party programmatic solution.

Short term engagement to coordinate Project Manager activities in support of transitioning to new application tool. Ensured Statement of Work (SOW), communication plans, risk management, budgetary tracking and other best practice project management methodologies were in force. Additionally worked multiple Request for Quote (RFQ) responses of my client to the client.

Supported project management activities for the Business Intelligence organization during a planned migration from incumbent billing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to new solutions. There were no external partnerships but an internal IT customized Oracle solution, so led effort to mimic SOW and other guidance references documents. Working with onshore and offshore staff, decomposed and mapped values from old to new systems. Led multiple testing efforts to ensure validity of reporting.

Enterprise Customer Services Project Manager supporting ongoing Customer Operations and Enterprise Network Operations Center. Responsible for all project aspects for New Product Introduction including product testing, project, product documentation as well as definition of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and ongoing monitoring methodology. Additionally, supported remediation of business processes, an example being repatriation of customer network surveillance from a third-party vendor.

Morrisville, Nc

In support of standardization and move to corporate billing system instance, led cross-functional teams including Customer and Field Operations, Finance including taxation, to agree on definition and mapping to corporate standard values for the billing system. Tracked scope, stakeholders, plan, risks, data, and planning quality in concert with vendor to execute standardization Go Live.Like the above, coordinated five Carolinas billing instances into one unified billing instance.
