Used solid-modeling software to design, analyze and document Wire & Die-Sink EDM machines. Applied linear FEA on mechanical parts to validate and optimize the design of component parts. One analysis saved $50k in tooling and much more in future customer problems. Was a key member on team for CE certification (Europe) of Die-Sink EDM machine (re-designed and tested in six months - EMC test passed on first attempt.)
