Jim Roberts is the creator of the Ideal Client Transformation Process, a strategic plan where business owners take full control of their insurance programs. Why? Simply stated, Jim provides leverage.Jim started his insurance career 32 years ago. First as a producer for a national direct writer, then joined a well-respected family owned agency. In 2005 Jim moved to Davidson, a suburb of Charlotte, NC and joined JJ Wade & Associates where he now serves as its President. He left to pursue his dream of creating a totally unique agency. Knowing that people are the most important part of a dynamic culture and realizing that business owners need the help of creative, energized people, the process was started. “Culture is the one area at the top of the list that we strive to focus on. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University's Insurance Executive Program in 1996 and UNC-Chapel Hill’s program in 2013. He holds several insurance industry professional designations including the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), Master Workers Compensation Advisor (MWCA), Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA), Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA)Jim has been a member of and served on several boards and professional organizations, civic and social organizations as well as serving on selected agency advisory committees.
