Established a homebuilding operation for Caldwell Companies with focus on serving growing active adult 55+ population within the Houston market. ✔ Led market study for active adult targeted product launch in self-developed communities with two penetrations in Cypress and College Station, formulating all new floor plans, implementing modern systems, and recruiting the team. Collaborated with residential development team in the design and segmentation of a 3,500-unit, age-restricted masterplan community with a substantial amenity package. Spearheaded unique design of three wide and shallow platforms and the development of two new active adult product lines with launch dates in 2019 and 2020.
