Rising Sales U is a business development, training and coaching company. Rising Sales U is dedicated to helping companies and individuals build sales success based on each person’s Unique Sales PersonalityTM. Most sales companies and programs offer training that assumes everyone has the same sales personality or are driven by the same motivators as the expert. Rising Sales U helps each person understand and develop their Unique Sales PersonalityTM. An individual’s sales personality is a complex set of intertwining and interacting personal behaviors, interests, attitudes, values, and past experiences, both good and bad. Using their personal Unique Sales PersonalityTM as a foundation, the Rising Sales U team will assist in moving an individual out of their current comfort zone, while developing a new and effective comfort zone.
