Kingdom Frontiers: My Journey and MissionMy career and faith journey led me to what I now consider “my assignment.” I noticed many individuals were unhappy in their work, and organizations struggled with poor performance and disengagement. My passion lies in helping organizations and their employees win by aligning the right people in the right roles within the right organizations, united by a common mission.This alignment requires a culture grounded in Kingdom principles, valuing each person compassionately. It also demands wholehearted and authentic individuals who trust the organization’s mission. I believe that “my assignment” is to facilitate and collaborate with individuals and organizations to achieve their best for the Kingdom. Often the desired result is a “Culture Transformation” which is brought to light through many different “symptoms” like; high turnover, high absentee rate, resistance to change, etc…After retiring in 2020, I dedicated my first year to leveraging my experience to assist local businesses, former colleagues, and venture capital firms. This period was marked by my commitment to adding value and making a beneficial impact – “My Assignment.”As a consultant, facilitator, and advisor, I often serve organizations in the following areas:Organizational Health: Enhancing overall well-being and functionality.Employee Engagement: Creating a culture of trust, accountability, and caring.Organizational Development: Implementing effective strategies, structures, and processes.Performance/Productivity: Driving efficiency and effectiveness.Culture Transformation: Shaping and nurturing a Kingdom culture.Current Role: I serve as the Chief People Officer on a retainer basis for Image Strategic Partners, focusing on long-term care facilities and hospice services. This role allows me the flexibility to help other individuals, organizations, and coach clients, while also pursuing personal interests.
