We deliver exceptional CX and NPS results at great value for global brands.I am also passionate about supporting the state of Florida business and startup ecosystem. As a founding partner of Glades Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, we provide smart capital, resources, and advice to promising startups in the region. I also co-host Sunshine Startups Live, a podcast that showcases the stories and insights of Florida's founders, seasoned investors and those that help foster the community . The podcast is broadcast in 4K from the Levan Center of Innovation at Nova SouthEastern University.Additionally, I co-founded and serve as a board member of the Venture Mentoring Team, a not-for-profit organization that mentors the next generation of business leaders.
