Responsible for LTE Small Cell architecture and end to end solutions. Team is responsible for creating an LTE and 5G indoor radio solution as well as successfully defining the requirements and SW architecture for the first high power all in one small cell which has been deployed globally.Established the small cell trial and pilots team for small cells which is responsible for introducing new products and solutions. This includes establishment of system level RF key performance indicators, system level modeling to establish capacity baseline and insuring optimal configuration parameters to show the value of small cells to customers.Lead the design, deployment and optimization of a pico cluster trial for a multi-technology (LTE and WiFi access over street level wireless backhaul) solution which addresses the exponential data traffic growth experienced by wireless operators. 

Responsible for development of RF planning and optimization process, tools and guidelines for 4G wireless technologies including WiMax, LTE and municiple WiFi. The result is highly accurate RF designs which minimizes the number of sites to meet customer requirements. Lead a team of individuals which creates the RF designs for the Americas and optimizes the radio network to achieve optimal performance.
