Successfully increased NOI while maintaining 3% or less expense growth rate on all previous mall assignments.• Successfully managed multiply large-scale capital projects including a 14-million-dollar remodel, complete replacement of both chiller and boiler systems within the central plant, and central plant conversion from co-generation generators to local utility main grid.
