The common theme that runs through my professional and volunteer work is this - I help people (individuals, groups, organizations, communities) see, think, act, and relate better to improve their situations and realize their potential.I'm a life-long student of human, organizational, and community behavior (trained as a Community/Clinical Psychologist). Since 2002, I've largely applied my skills to program evaluation, grant development and writing, teaching and training. More recently, I have ventured into conflict resolution, mediation, organizational learning, and systems thinking. Currently, I'm applying my skills in the area of crime and criminal justice.I am also skilled in helping techniques, facilitating positive interpersonal and group relations, public speaking, and creative problem solving.
