Jim is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the DePaul University College of Law. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Chilton Yambert Porter’s Workers’ Compensation Litigation Department. Jim's practice focuses primarily on aggressively defending all employers throughout Illinois. CYP is a Chicago based civil litigation defense law firm. He served as a judge for the National Mock Trial Competition sponsored by The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
