I have retired from the role of CEO at St. Cloud Industrial Products, Inc. I now work with leaders who want to develop an engaging organizational culture and look for new ways of driving results. I speak and train on how putting people first can create momentum and get people behind a common goal. In fact, my new book, “Stepping Up: From Valued Employee to Supervisor” will launch on March 12,2025. For over 30 years, it has been an honor to attract, hire and keep the best people year after year. As a result, the organizations I’ve lead, have consistently achieved exceptional results on employee engagement surveys and financial performance. On a personal note, I was the visionary, of a family business, where my three children started and grew a successful business 10 hours from home, 5 miles outside of town on a dead end gravel road.
