Appointed to position of Chief Operating Officer of Wilkinson Corporation in October 2011 in addition to serving as President of Wilkinson Asset Managment LLC and President of Good Neighbor Care LLC. Charged with consolidating operations of all three(3) companies (Wilkinson Corporation, Wilkinson Asset Management, and Good Neighbor Care) into one(1) full service company

Served as Executive Vice President of WAM under a consulting service contract for 3 yrs. Was responsible for overseeing 5 different 3rd party managment companies which were charged with operating 25 WAM assets. The assets were a combined Sr. housing(14), Conventional Multi-fammily(8), Student(3), and comemrcial office space(3).

Reported directly to the owner/principle of T & R Properties / Today Homes. Responsible for managing the Property Management Company, which managed 30 apartment communities (5000 units), 5 condo associations, 5 HOAs, and 3 commercial properties.Sub-markets: Ohio; Significant accomplishments: Property operations performance had not matched market performance for 3 years prior to my coming on board. Total portfolio occp was at 82% in March 2005. Listed below are the performance metrics through Sept Financials YTD vs Last Year.Revenue: EGI improved vs LY - 7.39% or $1,415,847 Expense: Total Expense increase slightly(less than 1%) vs LY - .06% or $7,333NOI: Total NOI improved vs LY - 19.24% or $ 1,423,179Capx: Capx turns expense decreased vs LY - 22.8% or $212,179.

Reported to the Chairman & CEO of AIMCO. Responsible for the Indianapolis ROC (Regional Operating Center), which manages a conventional, built multi-family portfolio covering a 3 state (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio) area in the Midwest. 65 assets totaling 17,921 units. The portfolio consists of eight (8) regions ranging from 1,400 units to 3,400 units in each region.

Reported to the Sr. Vice President of Operations for the Lexford Division of Equity. Responsible for a Cardinal built multi-family portfolio consisting of 83 assets Totaling approx: 6,500 units. The portfolio consisted of six (6) Districts with a range of 10 to 14 assets in each District.

Reported to two (2) RVP's that were responsible for the Florida, and Georgia Regions respectively. The combined portfolios consisted of approx: 17 districts or about 21,000 units. I traveled Florida & Georgia focusing on distressed assets, and or distressed districts within the two regions. The process was for me to evaluate the assets, identify the problems, generate a stabilization/recovery plan, implement the plan, and then turn the portfolio over to a District Manager. Once the portfolio was stabilized, I would move on to the next assignment.Sub Markets

Reported to the Florida RVP. My portfolio consisted of 18 assets or approx. 1,300 units. I also performed due diligence, and takeover tasking for several newly acquired fee-managed assets.
