Responsible for multiple aspects of Mill maintenance including project management, parts procurement and the daily supervision of 13 crafts people in the mechanical, pipefitting, electrical and instrumentation fields. Work with operations counterparts to identify projects and make all necessary arrangements such as writing work scopes and safety plans, managing budgets, hiring outside contractors, renting/ buying equipment and ordering materials.Areas of responsibility include power generation (hydro and steam turbines), steam boilers (gas and hog fuel), water treatment and process center including all associated/ support equipment such as pumps, conveyors, tanks, piping, hydraulic units, motors, electrical and instrumentation, general construction etc. Use MAXIMO program to manage preventative maintenance schedules and record keepingUse Microsoft Project program to build repair day and outage schedulesAssist operations in verifying and certifying lock outs required for planned work.

Vibration Analysis and visual inspection of all rotating equipment in the PCA paper mill. Collect and analyze data and complete reports for review by maintenance department leads. Completed level 1 vibration analysis and level 1 infrared courses.

 Responsible for the organizational technical/mechanical maintenance of the Hunter UAS and associated ground support equipment for the TCDL and C-Band system. Duties included maintenance of airframe and engine, composite repairs, troubleshooting data link system and understanding of wiring diagrams.
