 Sulzer is a global manufacture and service company specializing in pumps and rotating equipment services for the power, oil and gas, and water sectors. My responsibility was for the Rotating Equipment Service division to implement and insure execution processes across 3 regions and multi locations.

 JFE Engineering is the solutions Group of JFE Japanese Company specialized in steel manufacturing and shipbuilding. The focus of JFE Engineering GmbH was on energy solutions with Energy from Waste as the main offer of this effort. I headed the European Division and built a mixed Japanese- European team.

 Hitachi Zosen Inova is a one hundred year old leader in Energy from Waste technology and plant delivery. Initially I headed project execution and then took over the largest Business Unit in the AE&E Group. In December 2010 Hitachi Zosen purchased the former Von Roll Inova Responsible for sales, engineering and execution on an EPC basis.  My tenure oversaw the construction and commissioning of 6 plants and closing of 4 contracts. We were survivors of the turbulent insolvency by the AE&E Group.

Projects ran with improved margins, better risk provisions and performance Established a recruitment and development center that found, assessed, hired and trained in excess of 600 engineers, scientist of various competencies and experience levels.  Developed and delivered leadership programs for the purpose of employee retention and improvement. Resulted in 98% success rate. Managed Project Management Excellence team that established best practices and standards worldwide.

 Established and led a professional Project Department for turnkey (EPC) Gas Turbine, Combined Cycle Projects and fossil fired Steam Turbine power plants which was a major change to the culture and previous business model. Ability to handle the "hard jobs" was the trademark of this team.
