CurrentMy practice is concentrated in general commercial and civil litigation with extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts. I have successfully defended a broad range of large and small corporate clients in a variety of professional liability matters, including claims for malpractice. My clients include corporate officers and directors, attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, builders, developers, contractors, insurance companies, public adjusters, insurance brokers and insurance agents. A large part of my practice is devoted to the defense of consumer class action lawsuits brought against creditors, collection agencies, attorneys, lenders and mortgage brokers under a number of federal statutes. I have also represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, employment discrimination, trade secrets, civil RICO, unfair competition, anit-trust, wrongful discharge and shareholder and partnership disputes.
