I was initially hired as Recruitment Advisor for technical functions as part of a team of four Advisors. Over time I led operational recruitment including permanent and contract positions in London and internationally across Tullow’s assets including Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Guyana, Suriname, South Africa, Ireland, Ghana and project locations such as Singapore, France, Trinidad and Tobago and USA.Key responsibilities include attraction strategy, selection criteria, high volume CV screening, competency-based interviewing, supplier management, offer management, production of HR scorecard, monthly resource planning and forecasting, production and tracking of recruitment metrics globally and advising and assuring BU’s on local recruitment activities.
