I serve as Senior Construction Administrator on two very Large Retail Projects. Those are the demolition, renovation and new construction of Broadway Plaza, which is the downtown core of Walnut Creek, California, and I am, also, responsible for the new construction of Waterside Retail Project, just west of the TCU Campus, alongside the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas.

I returned to ELS in order to pick-up, re-start and complete the construction of a very large Retail/Office/Housing Mixed-use Project that had stalled in mid-construction at the on-set of the major economic recession back in 2009. This was the new Downtown for Summerlin, Nevada, mentioned in my previous experience (below). The Project halted construction with the structural steel erected on about half of the intended twenty-six buildings. As a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer serving high in the Andes Mountains (9,000 ft) in the National Capitol of Quito, Ecuador, I was a Program Manager for the School Classroom Program, the Renewable Energy Biogas Program, and the Potable Water Systems Program, where I managed 6 to 12 other PC Volunteers, and worked with Local Ecuadorian Governmental Agencies to secure funding, materials, and logistical support for development projects throughout the Country.
