Beginning his entertainment career at Boston University as a concert and event promoter, Strader promoted over 100 events including Denis Leary, Paula Poundstone, Jay Leno and The Ramones. Upon graduation, he received the University’s Scarlett Key Award, the highest award bestowed on a graduating student for his contribution to the University community. Strader went on to found his own management firm, Strader Entertainment in 1989. In 1992, Strader co-created and sold the TV show Weird America to Showtime Networks. In 1999, Strader merged his company with AniManagement becoming a partner in the firm and driving its change from an agency to management firm. The firm saw rapid growth and expansion which led to the firm’s subsequent merger with consulting firm Battle Management and the creation of successor firm Quattro Media in 2004. In taking over all operations of Quattro in the spring of 2007, Strader quickly began a transformation of the Company from a management firm to a company that also owns and distributes content. One of the first new initiatives Strader has embarked on is to set up Madness, a new publishing division. The company has acquired its first young adult title, is in negotiations on two childrens books as well as two graphic novels which will debut under the Malevolent imprint. Launched the Tinsel Road Books imprint in November 2008 with the publication of THE DIRECTORY of Comic Book and Graphic Novel Publishers.Currently open to submissions for the various publishing imprints. Tinsel Road seeks entertainment-centric offerings; Madness, YA and kids material and Malevolent, more adult and teen fare.Specialties: Whether advising in the sale of rights or representing key talent, I've been involved in more than a hundred television shows and movies. I've also been at the forefront of defining deal making for emerging platforms including broadband and mobile content distribution. In 2000, I was the only non-attorney invited as a panelist to the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida.

Delivered over 600 apps in less than a month exceeding the benchmark by over 100 apps.2012 - Launched Digital Distribution division initially focusing on short form content for all platforms with the pickup of Nanna & Lil’ Puss Puss from DNA. Partnered with Nerdist Industries for placement on their premium YouTube channel http://bit.ly/FOs29S.2015 - Launched Mischief Collective, a creative services division of the company which provides art and design work for the entertainment industries. Based in London. Firm saw subsequent rapid growth including opening of office, Quattro Asia (via jv) in Tokyo with SMJ. Quattro Asia brokered handbag endorsement deal between Samantha Thavasa and actress Penelope Cruz. Co formed Quattro Consumer Products with Russell Binder and handled merchandising and licensing for the likes of Revolution, Lionsgate, and Stan Winston among others.Quattro’s management and consulting clients included DNA Productions (Acad Award nom for Jimmy Neutron, Ant Bully), Mike Dougherty (co-writer X2, Superman Returns), Lowell Cunningham (creator of Men in Black), IDW Publishing (30 Days of Night), Wild Brain (Higglytown Heroes), as well as Muhammad Ali, the estate of Philip K Dick, sumo wrestler Akebono, Sideshow Collectibles and Intel Capital among numerous others.

Brokered numerous internet and mobile deals for entertainment content worldwide. Invented deal templates. Sold an extensive number of tv shows for clients such as Eric Fogel (Celebrity Deathmatch), DNA Productions (Jimmy Neutron).
