• Team lead for the higher education sales team -- covering digital ads, print ads and lead generation campaigns• Top new business sales rep for 2015, 2016, and 2017 accounting for 45% of team’s new business sales• Responsible for initial training for all new sales reps including travel, agenda creation, product training, process demonstration, two-way shadowing, pitches, and scripting• Manage and attend all conferences for the team. Responsible for travel, onsite coordination, and lead management• Key interface between the sales and product teams. Responsible for collecting client feedback, advising the product team on prioritization of initiatives, and escalating product issues• Liaison between sales and sales support (fulfillment) teams• Prepare quarterly reporting for senior level management regarding the state of our products• Partner with senior level management on new prices, packages, and product lines• Collaborate directly with marketing on all product sheets, testimonials, conference materials, email marketing campaigns, and promotions• Collaborate directly with sales director on setting the team's annual and quarterly sales goals• Run and analyze reports out of salesforce to report up to senior level management
