VendTek Systems Inc. was a leading transaction processing software company with operations in Canada, Brazil and China. Vendtek also licensed its software internationally and offered software as a service "SAAS" to these international customers in the UAE, UK, Africa, Brazil, China, and the Middle East.

Provided contract financial services to various companies such as:- GLG Lifetech Corporation (TSX:GLG/ Nasdaq: GLGL) - Interim Controller Global leading manufacturer/ distributor of Stevia zero calorie sweetener with operations in China. - Vendtek Systems Inc. (TSXV: VSI) subsequently was hired as permanent Corporate Controller (see above).- Crown Ventures Ltd. Group of dental labs in California and Vancouver with head office in Vancouver.

DTI was a publicly listed Vancouver based company that acquired and operated 21 dental laboratories in 3 provinces in Canada and 9 US states. DTI’s corporate strategy was to ensure sustainable and profitable growth by building a solid operating platform of dental laboratories and to look at strategic acquisition opportunities that met specific operational, financial and human resource criteria and had potential for significant revenue growth. In 2007 DTI was sold to a Private Equity firm and it's head office was relocated to the USA.

Pacific Western Brewing is Western Canada's largest microbrewery and is ISO 9001 certified with sales in Canada, USA and Japan. Its brewery is located in Prince George, B.C. and its Head Office in Burnaby, B.C. It has achieved many milestones over the years since it started in 1957 like being the first North American Brewery to achieve ISO certification in 1994.

DBA Telecom was founded in 1979 and known internationally as "The Smartalk Company" and designed and developed a unique range of telecommunications solutions for the VoIP, Centrex, Computer Telephony and Communications Server markets. Its customers mainly consisted of the large Telecoms (Ericson/ Telnor/ BC Tel/ Alcatel). It had sales and support offices in USA, Hong Kong, U.K. and Australia, with engineering,marketing and administration located in Vancouver and manufactured its hardware in Asia. In order to be a trailblazer in the evolving analog to digital transformation that was occurring, during 2001 DBA completed a couple of acquisitions of leading VoIP technology companies but ended up a victim of the market turbulence and closed its doors later that year.

Bluestar began its roots as a division of Ballard Power systems for 20 years developing Lithium batteries for customers such as NASA and the US Army and was set up as a separate publicly traded entity in 1995. During 1997, it acquired a large automotive battery and electrical parts distribution company in a reverse takeover and during the next couple of years completed an additional 14 acquisitions in Canada and USA. Its revenue grew from $1 M - $150 M annually with the goal of making Bluestar the pre-eminent North American distributor and marketer of power and electrical products. In 2000/2001 Bluestar was restructured and moved its head office to the USA and sold to a Private Equity group.
