None of these companies were over-capitalized so the mission was to accelerate revenue quickly, elevate SaaS KPI’s, cultivate a High Performance Sales Environment, accurately forecast, listen/learn from our customers (CX), and most importantly focus on people development.This experience includes two European-based companies, where we made the initial sales, established strategic market beachheads, hired/trained high-performing teams, and successfully propelled North America to become the primary source of revenue/profit. My history also includes being a Start-Up CEO, orchestrating the funding, successful launch of new products, and truly understanding what it means to be CEO of a start-up company. These efforts resulted in some successful outcomes: including Metier (acquired by Lockheed), MPM (acquired by Microsoft), ForeSee (acquired by Answers Corp), and OpinionLab (acquired by Verint).
