I use a structured training system that I have designed specifically for training foremen and superintendents. It reduces training time by up to 75% over traditional unstructured training approaches and results in more competent, consistent and accountable performance from supervisors. I work collaboratively with experienced terminal supervisors to determine the content and then teach them how to deliver the training so that the terminal gets an optimal return on its training investment.My system trains supervisors in all types of marine terminals, including Container Terminals, Bulk Terminals and Break Bulk Terminals.
