As owner and operator of Kleen Tank, a Nationwide Network of Authorized RV Holding Tank Cleaning Dealers, I service RV owner's holding tanks (black, gray and water heater), either in the local, Greater Chicago and Northern Illinois area, or at RV manufacturer's and owner's group rallies. I have serviced over 2,000 RVs and over 5,000 tanks in the years we have been in business. Our company is growing and I manage it along with my wife, Debbie, holding all roles: operations, marketing, sales, service, and janitor.

My responsibilities included the planning, creation and maintenance of web sites and other online advertising for many industries including consumer goods, manufacturing and healthcare.

I oversaw the printing of this small trade publisher's publications and also created and promoted an online presence for them (at a time when the 'web was very, very primitive).

This was my first foray into advertising. As sole owner, I wore many hats, including account executive, copywriter, creative director, designer and even delivery man! A great experience, but I'd never run my own company again!
