My responsibilities include providing direct customer service to a diverse population of HR management and business executives. In addition, if the work is specialized then it comes to me, as I am adept at handling complex, difficult and coordinated projects and tasks to ultimately provide timely solutions. As the head of the customer service department, I am naturally able to empathize with clients of all sizes and industries to determine what is the best solution for the company and the client. I work with all company departments to help resolve issues and act as the go-to person when there are problems that occur outside of the purview of those departments, including IT, operations, sales, account managers and accounting. I have spearheaded many projects, such as the implementation of outside SaaS software. I help helped facilitate relationships with ATS providers. Furthermore, I have created a training program for staff and clients, including live and pre-recorded video training sessions as well as the support guides and documentation to help ease everyone's day-to-day responsibilities. I assist the compliance department as needed to successfully satisfy audit requirements. I am present for sales team meetings to disseminate information to the staff. I help the president in the generation and review of the sales data in relation to the sales manager's quarterly goals. Moreover, I am the main tester of IT systems updates within numerous system environments, as I attempt to "break" the system to locate errors or vulnerabilities. I am proficient in Sugar CRM and familiar with Salesforce.

I was promoted from customer service representative, to assistant store manager, to area field manager. At that time, I Managed a $1.7 million route, consisting of 23 U-Haul dealers located North and West of Pittsburgh. I serviced all rental equipment in each designated area while auditing all transaction paperwork, commission statements, inventory reports, and refund accounts. Also, I inspected dealers for unlawful conduct and misuse of company assets. Additionally, I prospected new and promising locations and businesses for potential dealerships.
