Develop and implement direct sales force strategy for regenerative medicine injections and membranes distributor, and the specialty diagnostic and genetic testing reference lab. Hold concurrent leadership responsibilities of developing and coaching sales force for accounts, BioD and Arteriocyte, to increase sales of ophthalmology, orthopedic, spine, and pain-management product-lines.
