CurrentPerformance Equity Management (PEM) is a global investor in buyout, distressed and venture capital funds as well as directly in to privately held companies. PEM manages ~$12b in assets from a wide variety of institutional clients. As part of the senior team, my role is to source, evaluate and assist with or lead investments for the firm on behalf of our clients. To date, I have been actively involved with a variety of direct investments in late stage venture capital (publicly disclosed deals include MaxPoint, Edgecast (acquired by Verizon), Tune, and Adroll), direct investments in buyouts (publicly disclosed deals include Eos Fitness) and fund investments in private equity funds (including venture capital, growth equity, small/mid buyouts, large buyouts, in the US and globally).
