Jim joined Aims Community College following thirteen years as an instructor, faculty member and department chair for Front Range Community College. Prior to higher education, he led projects and organization development for two global strategy consulting leaders, a Fortune 100 enterprise, an Inc. 500 technology service provider and his own small business venture. His start-up test preparation and tutoring service strengthened his passion for student success. The community college mission is a natural fit with this passion. When he is not supporting the Business & Technology division for Aims, Jim enjoys exploring Colorado's many scenic attractions and playing Texas Hold 'Em. At home, Jim and his wife, Shanna, cater to the needs of their dog, Theodore. I recruited and led affiliate faculty in these subject areas, and I helped to develop programs and community partnerships to expand opportunities for student success.As department chair for business, IT and manufacturing, I supported eight other faculty to do the same things that I did as lead faculty.

Key features include a professional, branded design, a calendar for weekly events with promotion of upcoming events, usability based on navigation organized around key stakeholder needs and prominent ties to the LinkedIn group.
