A glimpse into Jim's journey...𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛I never imagined I'd be a CEO Coach. My career began as a corporate executive, and I eventually became a CEO. Along the way to becoming a CEO, while helping lead a public company, I experienced transformative one-on-one Executive Coaching. It wasn’t another business book or leadership training—it was personalized coaching that changed my career and led to my greatest successes as a leader.𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚I rediscovered my passion for coaching while running my own company. I was consulting on transactions as large as $1 billion when an Executive Coach working with one of my clients saw potential in me and encouraged me to explore coaching. I took the plunge, invested in training, and launched my coaching business. Seeing new visions emerge, companies turn profitable, and struggling leaders flourish made me realize coaching was my true passion.
