Worked closely with our big brand clients and our sales and event planning teams to execute flawless events from initial conception to final event reconciliation formerly known as Atlanta Arrangements.

Managed logistics for major sporting events, city-wide conventions, conferences, and private corporate events focused mostly on transportation. Managed events as large as 70,000 attendees. Presenting Atlanta was considered the top boutique Destination Management Companies in the USA.

Oversaw and managed the guest services department of the 1,100 room convention hotel. Increased productivity and ratings for all bellman, doorman, hotel drivers and hotel parking systems. Reporting directly to the General Manager and worked closely with all hotel departments to ensure guests full satisfaction.

Trained by this world-renowned resort, a 5 Star 5 Diamond, led to a deep-rooted passion for excellence in every aspect of work. Oversaw guest experience, and managed a staff of 30 massage therapists, personal trainers, aestheticians, attendants, front desk receptionists, and other various positions.
