As a 25+ year advertising industry veteran, leading agency teams across media planning, operations and HR functions, I am passionate about delivering human-centered results for clients and employees. For a majority of my career, I worked with brands and internal resources in media planning roles. In 2017, I became Signal Theory’s Chief Operating Officer and in 2022 I earned my SHRM-CP certification. I now lead or support all operations and human resources initiatives across benefits administration, employee recruitment/training, employee performance, DEI, agency workflow processes and physical space management, helping to ensure that Signal Theory remains a great place to work.
