I oversaw all connections planning for the Kansas City and Wichita offices, including online and offline channels. Developed, presented and helped implement integrated connections and media plans for a strong mix of B2C and B2B clients, including Cargill, Blue KC, Intrust Bank, Merial, Sonic Drive-In, The Kansas City Chiefs, Quest Diagnostics, etc.Worked directly with agency's Managing Partners on the day-to-day operations of the agency, including the development of agency-wide comprehensive training programs and on agency wide new business initiatives.

Oversaw the development and implementation of media plans that tied directly to SONIC Drive-In's overall marketing and sales objectives. Led a team of 12 media professionals who were responsible for spot market media planning and client relationship building with members of the SONIC corporate marketing department, SONIC field team members and key SONIC Franchisees. Was a key contributor in managing consumer media budgets that grew from $24M to over $160M over a 10-year period. Worked with senior executives at SONIC Drive-In to sell in the first national media plan fund through the system.
