As a lead recruiter for these companies, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and help them build the next big thing.My day revolved around sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. I also need to build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process. In addition, I needed to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates to fill their open roles.As a GTM Lead, I needed to be able to think quickly on my feet, work under pressure, and be able to handle multiple projects at once. Each opportunity has brought a different set of challenges and I believe each one has made me a better recruiter.
