As a lead recruiter for these companies, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and help them build the next big thing.My day revolved around sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. I also need to build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
