Engaged assignments are primarily with private equity and venture capital clients and their portfolio companies. Core belief is that growth strategies fueled by superior marketplace assessment, management performance improvement and increased asset productivity drive the most sustainable revenue and profit growth. Primary assignments have focused on strategic plan assessment and development, organizational structure, capital raising, interim operational management and Board representation. Assignments have been on behalf of firms including TPG Capital, J. P. Morgan Chase and others. Extensive international experience including: UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, China, Thailand, Japan, Australia, Israel, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Have served as Board Chair for two clients and lead independent director for two clients.

Responsible for leading commercial, financial, production, legal and administrative functions for 15 winery North American and South American operations for $1 billion Wine Division of the Foster’s Group.

Responsible for leading advertising, brand management, market research, product research and development, field marketing operations and public relations for the 10,000 unit, $10 billion QSR system, overseeing annual marketing budgets of $600 million.
